Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je zhodnocení stávajícího stavu části podpůrných činností v reálném podniku Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod, identifikace slabých míst, jejich eliminace nebo posílení. Řešení problematiky je zaměřeno na oblast správy majetku a to přímo na údržbu budov a technické vybavení budov. Uherský Brod, its strengthening and the identification of its weaknesses and their elimination.
