Abstract:
Předmětem této práce bylo studium organických polovodičů. Zkoumány byly vzorky tenkých vrstev molekul picenu a difluor-antradithiofenu nanesených na křemíkové substráty metodou depozice organickým molekulárním svazkem. Abstract:
Subject of this thesis was a study of organic semiconductors. Thin film samples of picen and difluor-anthradithiophene deposited on silicon substrates were examined. The samples were produced by organic molecular beam deposition at the University of Tübingen (Germany) during an internship. The crystal structure of the thin films was studied by x-ray diffraction.
