Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský plán a změny ve vybraném podniku. Na základě důkladné analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku je stanoven význam zamýšlený podnikatelského plánu pro zkoumaný subjekt. Práce obsahuje další standardní analýzy, které jsou součástí kvalitního podnikatelského plánu. V závěru je k dispozici celkové hodnocení navrženého řešení.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the business plan and changes in the selected company. Based on a thorough analysis of the external and internal environment of a company is determined by the importance of thoughtful business plan for the examined subject.
