Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou poskytovania úverov fyzickým osobám v rámci slovenskej právnej úpravy. Prvá kapitola obsahuje teoretické a praktické vymedzenie úveru, ako aj členenie úveru z viacerých hľadísk.
