Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace pracovníků neziskových organizací. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické.Teoretická část se zaměřuje na neziskový sektor, jeho vývoj, důležitost, členění a na jeho pracovníky. This bachelor thesis deals with motivation of employees in non-governmental and non-profit organizations.
