Abstract:
Likvidace obchodních společností je téma, které jsem si vybrala pro zpracování mé bakalářské práce. Toto téma, prošlo výraznou obměnou z důvodu změny soukromého práva, konkrétně tedy práva občanského a práva obchodního. My thesis deals with liquidation of companies. This topic has passed a major change by reason with changes in private law, specifically civil law and commercial law.
