Tato práce se v teoretické části věnuje specifickému období adolescence ve vztahu k výživě a k nutriční gramotnosti. Zahrnuje postoje adolescentů k výživě či k oblastem, které mají významný vliv na stravovací chování, dotýká se znalostí mla-dých lidí v oblasti výživy, upřednostňovaných zdrojů informací a poskytuje stručný náhled do stravovacího chování.
