Abstract:

V kontextu ekonomické globalizace mají společnosti v různých zemích tendenci jít globálně. Mnoho společností pravděpodobně bude podnikat nadnárodně a podle toho se bude zvyšovat počet cizinců na celém světě. Život (pracovní, sociální) v kulturně odlišném prostředí pro mnoho nových příchozích však není vůbec snadný a to je důvod, proč tolik zámořských dispečinků selhává. Mezikulturní přizpůsobení je definováno jako míra, v níž se cizinci cítí v kulturně novém prostředí dobře a jsou schopni se přizpůsobit. Mnoho předchozích studií zkoumalo faktory, které mají vliv na mezikulturní přizpůsobení. byly studovány. Proměnná kulturní inteligence postupně upoutala pozornost mnoha. Kulturní inteligence je schopnost jednotlivců efektivně shromažďovat, zpracovávat informace, činit úsudky a přijímat protiopatření v novém kulturním kontextu. Tato práce zkoumá dopad kulturní inteligence na mezikulturní přizpůsobení prostřednictvím spokojenosti se životem a poskytuje doporučení nadnárodním společnostem při výběru, školení a zlepšování mezikulturní adaptability krajanů. Cílem této práce bude prozkoumat předpokládaný vztah mezi CQ, životní spokojeností a mezikulturní adaptací. Práce přispěje k vlastnímu výzkumu mezikulturního přizpůsobení a poskytne více teoretických pokynů nadnárodním společnostem, jak zlepšit výběr a mezikulturní školení zahraničních pracovníků.

Abstract:

In the context of economic globalization, companies in various countries tend to go global. A lot of companies are likely to do transnational business and the number of foreigners in the whole world will increase accordingly. However, life (work, social) in a culturally different environment for many new incomers is not easy at all and that is the reason why so many overseas dispatches fail. Cross-cultural adjustment is defined as an extent to which foreigners feel comfortable in a culturally new environment and they are able to adjust. Many previous studies have been exploring the factors that have an impact on cross-cultural adjustment. been studied. The variable of cultural intelligence has gradually drawn the attention of many. Cultural intelligence is the capability of individuals to effectively collect, process information, make judgments and take countermeasures in the new cultural context. This thesis explores the impact of cultural intelligence on cross-cultural adjustment through life satisfaction, and provides recommendations for multinational companies in selecting, training, and improving the cross-cultural adaptability of expatriates. The aim of this thesis will be to explore the hypothesized relationship between CQ, life satisfaction and cross-cultural adjustment. The thesis will contribute to the actual research on the cross-cultural adjustment and will provide more theoretical guidance for multinational companies to improve the selection and cross-cultural training of foreign personnel.
