Předmětem práce je rozšíření programu RapidMiner, systému pro správu pracovních toků, o funkce pro analýzu a vizualizaci sekvencí proteinů a nukleových kyselin. Vedle informací o biologických sekvencích a obohacované aplikaci je poskytnut podrobný přehled vytvořených nástrojů. The subject of this thesis is extending RapidMiner, a workflow management system, by adding functions for analyzing and visualizing sequences of proteins and nucleic acids.
