Optimalisation of income tax of legal bodies
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá jednak teoretickým rámcem daně z příjmů právnických osob na základě zákona č. 337/1992 Sb. O správě daní a poplatků a zákona č. 586/1992 Sb. O daních z příjmů. Teoretické poznatky uvedené a objasněné v první části jsou poté v druhé části bakalářské práce ilustrovány na konkretních příkladech právnických osob.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the theoretical point of view on income tax of legal bodies on the basis of Act No. 337/1992 on Tax and Charges Administration and 586/1992 on Income Taxes. The theoretical knowledge presented and explained in the first part of the thesis are then illustrated on concrete examples of legal bodies.
