Ve své bakalářské práci jsem si dala za cíl zmapovat českou právní úpravu konkurenční doložky jako institutu pracovního práva. V úvodní kapitole mé práce jsem nastínila historický vývoj konkurenční doložky, který můžeme sledovat až do období Rakouska-Uherska.
