Business Plan and Technology Specification for the Online lékař Project

Abstract:

Projekt Online lékař je zaměřen na shromažďování zdravotních dat, zejména pak s pomocí nositelných zařízení pro naplnění jejich plného potenciálu ve zdravotnictví. To vše v kombinaci s mobilní aplikací, která pomůže k přesnější, rychlejší a hlavně vzdálené diagnostice stavu pacienta. Díky tomu zvyšuje rychlost a dostupnost lékařské péče a snižuje personální, materiální a další náklady. Výše uvedené platí pro pacienty ve všech stádiích onemocnění – preventivním, akutním i chronickém.Cílem práce je definovat celý produkt Online lékař po jeho logické i technologické stránce a jeho byznys model tak, aby se z něho mohl stát v budoucnu reálný projekt. Aby bylo možné představit reálnou hodnotu práce například investorům, bude podpořena kvalitativním výzkumem, ve kterém potenciální uživatelé interagují s drátěným modelem aplikace. Výsledkem je ucelený byznys plán, technická specifikace, drátěný model aplikace a výsledek výzkumu, který mimo jiné potvrzuje funkčnost řešení. V závěru je uveden i seznam nadcházejících kroků, které posunují tuto teoretickou práci do reálného světa.

Abstract:

The „Online lékař“ project focuses on collecting health data, especially with the help of wearables devices to fulfill their full potential in healthcare. All this in combination with a mobile app that helps to give more accurate, faster, and most importantly remote diagnosis of a patient’s condition. This improves the availability of medical care and reduces personnel, material and other costs. The above applies for patients in all stages of the disease – preventive, acute, and chronic. The aim of this thesis is to define the „Online lékař“ product in terms of its logical and technological aspects and to create its business model so that it can become a real project in the future. To present the real value of the thesis to investors, it will be supported by qualitative research, in which potential users were asked to interact with the wire model of the mobile app. Methods, results and newly gained knowledge – will be added during or at the end of the work.The result is a business plan, technical specification, complete wireframes, and also research result that confirm the functionality of the solution. In the conclusion, there is a list of upcoming steps that move this theoretical thesis into the real project.
