The Contract for the works according the Commercial Code in the consideration with appropriate contractual treatment for construction and with other aspects of legal treatment specially the purpose of the contract, faults of the works, property rights, the price of the work and other contractual parties’ claims for payment
Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se zabýval problematikou smlouvy o dílo podle obchodního zákoníku. Za důležité oblasti této problematiky tedy považuji účel smlouvy o dílo, dále správnou specifikaci díla, dále smluvní ujednání o vadách díla, smluvní ujednání o ceně díla a její splatnosti a podstatná je také právní úprava týkající se nároků smluvních stran vyplývajících z poskytnutého plnění.
