Use of handicaped applicants at the labor market
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Pracovní uplatnění zdravotně postižených na trhu práce“. Ve své práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku pracovního uplatnění zdravotně postižených osob, jejich vzdělávání, sociální zabezpečení a jejich flexibilitu na trhu práce. Pokusila jsem se odpovědět na otázku, zda-li je pro zaměstnavatele „výhodné“ zaměstnávat zdravotně postiženě osoby.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis „Use of handicaped applicants at the labor market“. In my work I did aim to problem of application of handicaped people in production process, their further education, social securing and their flexibility in work-market. I, as well, tried to answer the question if it is "profitable" for employers to employ handicaped people.
