Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a implementovat virtuálního asistenta, který bude dostupný jako modul webového rozhraní velké české nemocnice. Asistent bude informovat návštěvníky webu o kontaktech z nemocničních telefonních seznamů, poskytovat odkazy a doporučení pro sjednávání schůzek, ambulance, otevírací doby, umístění, budovy, trasy a obecně všechny veřejné informace z hlavní webové stránky nebo veřejně dostupné informace. Virtuální asistent bude implementován jako webová služba přístupná prostřednictvím jednoduchého rozhraní aktivovaného na webové stránce pomocí JavaScriptu. Samotná chatovací část bude založena na open source knihovnách a bude nasazena v prostředí operačního systému Linux. Pokročilé odpovědi mohou být získávány pomocí velkých jazykových modelů. Závěrečná práce bude sestávat z textové a praktické části. Textová část bude popisovat současné principy diskusních robotů a existující řešení pro jejich vývoj, stejně jako analýzu, návrh, popis a vyhodnocení vlastní implementace virtuálního asistenta. Praktická část bude obsahovat funkční implementovaný systém virtuálního asistenta pro dané úkoly.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a virtual assistant that would be available as a module of the web interface of a large Czech hospital. The assistant will inform the web visitors about contacts from the hospital's telephone directories, provide links and recommendations for appointments, outpatient clinics, opening times, locations, buildings, routes and in general all public info from the main website or publicly available information. The virtual assistant will be implemented as a web service accessible through a simple interface activated in the web page using JavaScript. The actual chat part will be based on open source libraries and will be deployed in a Linux operating system environment. Advanced answers can be retrieved using large language models. The final work will consist of a text part and a practical part. The text part will describe the current principles of discussion robots and existing solutions for their development, as well as the analysis, design, description and evaluation of the actual implementation of the virtual assistant. The practical part will contain the functional implemented virtual assistant system for the given tasks.
