Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje nástroje komunikace orgánů krizového řízeni s obyvatelstvem. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře se základy krizového řízení, krizové komunikace a nástroji komunikace. Analyzovat průběh komunikace na webových stránkách vybraných obcí při mimořádné události a zjistit, které nástroje komunikace byly použity v rámci pandemie Covid-19.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes the tools of communication of crisis management bodies with the population. The aim of the thesis is to acquaint the reader with the basics of crisis management, crisis communication and communication tools.
