Tato bakalářská práce byla vypracována za účelem zdokumentování distribuce manganových nanočástic v orgánech a tkáních myší (Mus musculus) po inhalačním experimentu. Teoretická část je věnována sloučeninám a toxicitě manganu, všeobecnému popisu nanočástic, jejich praktickému i teoretickému využití a přípravě.
