Adaptation process, its function and course in practice of xy company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována adaptaci zaměstnanců, která je považována za důležitý proces v řízení lidských zdrojů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou použité obecné teoretické metody, jako analýza a syntéza. Je provedena literární rešerše v oblasti adaptačního procesu a jeho jednotlivých částí, popsán význam adaptace, jeho dělení a správné řízení procesem pro efektivní fungování podniku. V praktické části je probrán adaptační proces podniku xy, s využitím kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody. Byl proveden částečně řízený rozhovor s manažerem firmy a odeslán anonýmní dotazník zaměstnancům firmy xy. Hlavním cílem práce je rozebrat adaptační proces a v návaznosti na získaných znalostech prozkoumat průběh adaptačního procesu v podniku xy. Na základě obdržených výsledků navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení adaptačního procesu podniku xy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of adaptation of employees, which is considered as an important process in human resource management. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part general theoretical methods, such as analysis and synthesis were used. To understand and describe the adaptation process, it´s phases and importance for efficient operation of the company, author performed literature search in the field of adaptation process of employees. The practical part presents the adaptation process of the company xy. In applying quantitative and qualitative methods, author conducted partly controlled interview with the company's manager and sent an anonymous questionnaire to the employees of the company xy. The main objective of the work is to explore the adaptation process and with regard to acquired knowledge to analyze the course of the adaptation process in the company xy. Based on the obtained results, author defines recommendations to improve the adaptation process of the company xy.
