Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem narůstající rezistence bakterií na antibiotika a ukazuje, jak může být detekovatelná. V teoretické části je uvedeno rozdělení antibiotik do tříd, mechanismy účinku a jejich vlastnosti. Dále je zde přiblíženo, co jsou to gramnegativní tyčky a jejich zástupci. The Bachelor thesis deals with problem of increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics and it shows how can we detect it. In the theoretical part is indicated classification of antibiotics, antibiotics mechanism of action and their properties.
