Na jednom z dosud největších sledovaných souborů MGUS pacientů jsme potvrdili platnost již známých klinických modelů využívaných pro určení rizika maligní transformace z MGUS do MM, nebo do jiných hematologických onemocnění. In the large cohort of MGUS patients, we confirmed validity of previously considered clinical models for the risk of progression from MGUS to MM or related disorders.
