Draft of quality standards for integrated transport systems
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje standardům kvality pro integrované dopravní systémy v ČR. V první části byla provedena stručná analýza současného stavu integrovaných dopravních systémů a legislativy pro stanovení standardů kvality. Následně byly sestaveny a vyhodnoceny standardy kvality. Tyto standardy kvality by se měly stát součástí výběrových řízení na dopravce.
Abstract:
This Bachelor work deals about quality standards for integrated transport systems in the Czech Republic. In the first part there is short analysis of present situation of integrated transport systems. There is also legislation for determination of quality standards. Then quality standards were compiled and evaluated. These quality standards should become part of selection on carriers.
