The European Union budget: current state and perspectives

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Rozpočet Evropské unie: současný stav a jeho perspektivy“ je analýza současné finanční perspektivy pro období 2007-2013. První část práce se zabývá historickým vývojem tvorby rozpočtu a zejména pak vývojem systému vlastních příjmů. Dále je v práci podrobně rozebrána příjmová a výdajová strana současné finanční perspektivy. Poslední část práce tvoří představení návrhu finančního rámce na následující rozpočtové období 2014-2020 a také shrnutí plánovaných reforem, které navrhla Evropská komise.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis „The European Union budget: current state and perspectivesis” is an analysis of the current financial perspectives for 2007-2013. The first part deals with the historical development of the budget and especially the development of the own revenues. Further work examines in detail the revenue and expenditure side of the current financial perspective. The last part is devoted to the presentation of proposal of the financial framework for the next financial period 2014-2020 and a summary of the planned reforms proposed by the European Commission.
