Nursing Care Plan for Patient with Transplatation of Kidney

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Plán ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienta s transplantací ledviny je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána historie a legislativa transplantací, také se zabývá dárci orgánů, kteří jsou rozděleni na žijící a zemřelé. Poté je zde nahlédnuto do problematiky etickým principů vážících se k transplantacím. V neposlední řadě je zde stručně popsána problematika selhávání ledvin, kde jsou postupně popsány příčiny, projevy, diagnostika a léčba selhání. Pak již následuje postup transplantace, tedy odběr orgánů z těla dárce do těla příjemce a stručný průběh celé operace. Poslední bod v teoretické části popisuje pooperační péči, která také zahrnuje imunosupresivní léčbu a možné komplikace, které s sebou transplantace ledviny přináší. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na předoperační přípravu pacienta chystajícího se na transplantaci ledviny poté, co je pro něj nalezen vhodný orgán. Z větší části obsahuje praktická část obecný plán ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienta s transplantovanou ledvinou, také uvádí ošetřovatelské diagnózy pomocí Nanda International.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to deal with the Nursing Care Plan for patients with kidney transplantation and it is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part covers the history and legislation related to transplantations, organ donors, classified as living organ donors and deceased organ donors, and an insight into the ethical principles of transplantations. The issue of kidney failure is briefly described, including the causes, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment. The next chapter describes the transplant process, i.e. the removal of organs from a donor to the recipient and a brief operation outline. The final section of the theoretical part deals with the post-operative care including immunosupression and possible complications after a kidney transplant. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis the pre-operative preparation of the recipient after a compatible organ has been found is described and the Nursing Care Plan for kidney transplant is dealt with in detail. Then the Nursing Care Plan presents diagnosis, which are determined using Nanda International.
