Communication Plan of the Events Organized in the Area of Handmade Paper Mill Velké Losiny plc.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bude navrhnout komunikační plán událostí pořádaných v areálu Ruční papírny Velké Losiny a.s. pro rok 2016. Práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bude vysvětlovat základní pojmy související s marketingovou komunikací, které budou použity v praktické části. Praktická část bude tvořena profilem společnosti, kde bude blíže specifikována organizační struktura, sortiment a poskytované služby a také zde budou popsány události pořádané v Ruční papírně. Následně budou zpracovány analýzy nezbytné pro zjištění současné situace, ve které se papírna nachází. To bude společně s dotazníkem tvořit stěžejní body pro zpracování návrhu komunikačního plánu. Tento návrh bude zahrnovat stanovení cílů, cílových skupin, jednotlivé komunikační prostředky, finanční rozpočet a časový harmonogram. V závěru budou definovány jednotlivé návrhy na měření efektivity použitých komunikačních nástrojů.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a communication plan of the events organized in the area of the handmade paper mill Velké Losiny plc. for the year 2016. The thesis will be divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will explain the basic terms related to marketing communications, which will be used in the practical part. The practical part will be formed by the company profile, where the organizational structure will be further specified. Also the specification of the product range and services, as well as the events organized there will be described in the thesis. Subsequently, analysis necessary for findings of the current situation in the paper mill will be worked out. It will create, together with a questionnaire, crucial points for the processing of a communication plan. This proposal will include setting goals, target groups, particular communication tools, budget and timetable. To conclude with, there will be defined a particular proposal for measuring the effectiveness of the communication tools.
