Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza současné situace v podniku MOSER, a. s. kde se zaměřuji na možná rizika, která by mohla v budoucnu ohrozit celý podnik. V práci provádím analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, dále pomocí SWOT analýzy určuji možné hrozby, příležitosti a slabé a silné stránky podniku. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the current situation in the company MOSER, a. s. and focus on possible risks that could endanger the whole company. An analysis of the internal and external environment is made. This result is implemented in the SWOT analysis.
