Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku franchisingu a jeho uplatnění v oblasti služeb, konkrétně fitness klubu.V teoretické části je popsána historie franchisingu a jeho další vývoj.     Pomocí funkce Nedávné je možné se rychle vrátit k právě prohlíženým souborům. Oblíbené soubory je také možné označit Hvězdičkou.
