Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám komunikací, která probíhá mezi podřízenými zaměstnanci a jejich nadřízenými ve vybrané organizaci, jež působí v oblasti státní správy. In my bachelor thesis I deal with communication, which runs between the subordinate employees and their managers in the chosen company that operates in the field of public administration.
