Rigorózní práce se zabývá převzetím společnosti zapsané na burze v Čínské lidové republice zahraničním investorem. Zvýšený důraz je kladen na správní řízení, která musí zahraniční investor podstoupit. The rigorosum thesis is focused on the legal regime of takeovers of listed companies in the People´s Republic of China by foreign investors. Predominant emphasis is placed on administrative procedures, through which foreign investor has to go.
