Provocation of "criminal activities"
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá nepřípustností provokace trestné činnosti a to z pohledu ústavy a mezniárodních dokumentů o lidských právech, z pohledu práce policie a také mezinárodním srovnáním tématu. Závěrečná část je pak věnována judikatůře a východiskům de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This diploma work deal with inadmissible of provocation to a criminal act from point of view of our Constitution, internacional documents and the police and with international compare with Czech law. Closing of the work deals with judicial decisions and possible ways de lege ferenda.
