Abstract:

Abstrakty V posledních letech se kótované letecké společnosti vyvíjely rychle, zejména v kontextu nové éry. Budoucí rozvojový potenciál leteckých společností je obrovský. Kapitálové potřeby leteckých společností jsou velké. Jak racionálně uspořádat zdroje financování a určit strukturu financování souvisí s budoucím rozvojem leteckých společností. Ryanair je letecká společnost se sídlem v Irsku. Společnost Ryanair byla založena v roce 1985 Christy Ryan. Ryanair je nízkonákladová letecká společnost a největší letecká společnost v Evropě. Ryanair se stal vedoucím subjektem na trhu s nízkonákladovým leteckým trhem v Evropě. Spring Airlines je první nízkonákladová letecká linka provozovaná výhradně soukromým kapitálem v Číně a první nízkonákladovou leteckou společností, která má začít od cestovní kanceláře. Spring Airlines je jediný, kdo přežil první čínské soukromé letecké společnosti. Hlavním účelem této práce je analyzovat finanční zdraví významného leteckého a kosmického průmyslu společnosti Ryanair, porovnat ji s konkurenčním společností Spring Airlines v letech 2014 - 2018 a navrhnout zlepšení. Autoři nastiňují hlavní nástroje a metody pro finanční analýzu a metody analýzy úpadku / úvěrové analýzy. Na základě teoretického rámce autor zkoumal současnou finanční situaci společností Ryanair a Spring Airlines a porovnal tyto dvě společnosti. Jejich podobnosti a rozdíly byly zkoumány z hlediska finančního stavu a finanční výkonnosti. Na základě výsledků výzkumu autor navrhl zlepšit finanční stav společnosti a postavení na trhu. Tento dokument pojednává o výkazu zisku a ztráty, rozvahy a finančních výkazů společností Ryanair a Spring Airlines od roku 2014 do roku 2018. Porovnáním výkazu zisků a ztrát obou společností byly analyzovány poměry rozvahy a účetní závěrky společností Ryanair a Spring Airlines.

Abstracts In recent years, listed airlines have developed rapidly, especially in the context of the new era. The future development potential of airlines is huge. The capital needs of airlines are large. How to rationally arrange financing sources and determine the financing structure is related to the future development of airlines. Ryanair is an Irish-based airline. Ryanair was founded in 1985 by Christy Ryan. Ryanair is a low-cost airline and the largest budget airline in Europe. Ryanair became the market leader in the early days of the low-cost air market in Europe. Spring Airlines is the first low-cost airline line exclusively operated by private capital in China and the first low-cost airline to start from a travel agency. Spring Airlines is the only survivor of China's first private airlines. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the financial health of the major aerospace industry company Ryanair, compare it with competitor Spring Airlines, between 2014 – 2018 and propose improvements. The authors outline the main tools and methods for financial analysis and bankruptcy/credit analysis methods. Based on the theoretical framework, the author investigated the current financial situation of Ryanair and Spring Airlines and compared the two companies. Their similarities and differences were investigated in terms of financial status and financial performance. Based on the research results, the author proposed to improve the company's financial status and market positioning. This paper discusses the income statement, balance sheet and financial statement ratios of Ryanair and Spring Airlines from 2014 to 2018. By comparing the profit and loss statements of the two companies, the balance sheet and financial statement ratios were analysed by Ryanair and Spring Airlines.
