Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh změn systému odměňování pro zlepšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců a pozice zaměstnavatele na trhu práce. Metody pro zajištění cíle práce jsou obsahová analýza a komparace, kvantitativní šetření a benchmarking. The main purpose of bachelor thesis is to propose changes in reward system behind the goal to improve employes’s satisfaction as well as improvement of position of the employer on the labor market.
