Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Empatie mužů a žen se zabývá problematikou schopnosti empatie a porovnává rozdíly mezi muži a ženami. V práci je důkladně popsán pojem empatie, historický kontext a koncepce, jakými můžeme na empatii nahlížet. Dále se v práci popisuje emoční dovednost a inteligence a mužský versus ženský mozek při empatii. Druhá část práce se zabývá výzkumem a měřením empatie u mužů a žen, kteří pracují jako pedagogové na 3letých odborných učilištích. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, jestli ženy učitelky jsou empatičtější než muži učitelé na již zmíněných školách.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Empathy of men and women deals with the issue of the ability to empathize and compares the differences between men and women. The thesis thoroughly describes the concept of empathy, the historical context and concepts by which we can view empathy. The work also describes emotional skill and intelligence and the male versus female brain in empathy. The second part of the work deals with research and measurement of empathy in men and women who work as pedagogues at 3-year vocational schools. The main goal is to find out if female teachers are more empathetic than male teachers in the aforementioned schools.
