Bakalářská práce se zabývá lidskými právy v Turecku z pohledu kurdské menšiny. Konkrétně se věnuje období od července 2016, kdy byl po neúspěšném pokusu o puč vyhlášen nouzový stav. Práce je zpracována formou případové studie s využitím kvalitativního přístupu zpracování dat. This bachelor thesis deals with human rights in Turkey from the perspective of the Kurdish minority. It covers the time period since July 2016, when a state of emergency was declared after an unsuccessful coup attempt.
