Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou stavu organizační kultury ve dvou malých obchodních společnostech. Zkoumá, zda jsou jejich aktuální organizační kultury konzistentní s výkony poslání obchodních společností. V teoretické části jsou mapovány současné přístupy k této problematice. V praktické části je zvolená metodika použita k provedení analýzy stavu organizačních kultur obchodních společností.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of the organizational culture in two small trading companies. It investigates whether their current organizational structures are consistent with the performance of the function of a trading company.
