The influence of the unrestraint of the kinematic chain during throw on the skill throw accuracy.

Abstract:

Zaměřili jsme práci na možnost, že budou zařazeny hody na přesnost do osnov základních škol, bude potřeba určit jakým způsobem a za jakých podmínek by měli žáci házet. Tato studie zkoumá právě takové podmínky hodů na přesnost aby výsledky mohly být korektně hodnoceny. Práce se zabývá vlivem různé techniky hodu na skóre zásahů terče přesnosti hodu na cíl (Zahradník, 2008). Zkoumaný soubor tvořili chlapci a dívky šestého, sedmého, osmého a devátého ročníku základní školy. Rozdíl středních hodnot skóru testu u jednotlivých technik hodu byl zjištěn pomocí párového t-testu. Nejlepší skóre v testu dosáhl hod nad úrovní ramene, druhý byl hod spodním obloukem a nejméně zásahů zaznamenal hod- technika hodu šipky. -Ovlivní technika hodu s rozdílným stupněm volnosti u házející osoby výsledek v testu přesnosti hodu na cíl tenisovým míčem?

Abstract:

Our thesis is focused on the possibility of including the accuracy throws into curriculum of basic schools. There is necessity to state the way and conditions for the throwing. This thesis studies above mentioned conditions so that the conditions of precise throwing and its results could be evaluated correctly. The thesis deals with the influence of different throwing techniques on the score of hits the disc . Evaluated group was composed from boys and girls sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth year of basic school . The difference of medium rate of the test score for the particular techniques was found out by paired t-test. The best skore has got overarm throw in test, the second throw is underarm throw and minimum skore has got throw- darts throw. -The goal is to determine effects of different techniques for throwing the javelin in the skill test the accuracy of a tennis ball throw at a target.
