Wrist kinetic during the round-off with different hand position in female gymnastics

Abstract:

Cíl této práce vedl k zjištění, zda rozdílné postavení rukou při rondátu u sportovních gymnastek vede k ovlivnění kinetiky zápěstního kloubu. Výzkumu se uskutečnilo celkem 5 vrcholových gymnastek na Ostravské univerzitě v centru diagnostiky lidského pohybu. Při měření předvedla každá gymnastka 30 platných pokusů kombinace rondát a přemet vzad. V prvních 15 pokusech se prováděla kombinace skoku v paralelním postavení rukou a v druhých 15 pokusech se skok prováděl v ?T? postavení rukou. Pro pořízení záznamu bylo použito osm infračervených kamer a podložka pro postavení rukou. V programu visual 3D proběhlo následné zpracování dat a vyhodnocení. Pro určení rozdílů v průměrech byl použit effectsize. Z hlediska zranění nejsou naměřené parametry pro dané postavení rukou u rondátu nebezpečná.

Abstract:

Aim of this study is to determine whether the various positions of hands during round ? off performed by gymnasts lead to influence of the kinetics of the wrist. Five top gymnasts at the University of Ostrava participated in this research. During the measurement each gymnast demonstrated 30 valid attempts of round - off and the flip-flop. In the first 15 attempts they performed this combination in a parallel position of the hands and in the second 15 attempts they performed with the "T" position of hands. Eight infrared cameras and base for the position of the hands were used for recording. Subsequent data processing and evaluation was carried out in the Visual 3D software. To determine the difference of the mean effect size was used. Measured parameters for the position of hands during round - off are not dangerous according to injuries.
