Abstract:

Cíle této bakalářské práce byly dvojí. Nejprve je cílem zhodnotit psy-chometrické vlastnosti českých verzí Psychological Treatment Invento-ry-Alexithymia Scale (PTI-AS) od Gori et al. (2012) a Revidovaný in-ventář negativních zážitků z dětství (ACE; Finkelhor et al., 2015). Pro obě tato měřítka se ukázalo, že unifaktorová struktura modelu s úpra-vami je vhodná. Invariance obou modelů nebyla potvrzena mezi klinic-kým a neklinickým vzorkem; a u mužů a žen byly zjištěny různé úrovně invariance. Navíc obě škály vykazovaly vysokou úroveň spolehlivosti. Konvergentní validita byla také zkoumána pro obě škály a byla potvr-zena jak pro General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7; Spitzer et al., 2006), tak pro The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9; Kroenke et al., 2001). Za druhé, vztah mezi alexithymií a negativními zážitky z dětství byl potvrzen modelováním strukturních rovnic. ACE předpovídaly ale-xithymii v klinickém i neklinickém vzorku se středními účinky.

Abstract:

The aims of this bachelor thesis were twofold. First, I wanted to evalu-ate the psychometric properties of the Czech versions of Psychological Treatment Inventory-Alexithymia Scale (PTI-AS) by Gori et al. (2012) and the Revised inventory of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE; Finkelhor et al., 2015). For both of these scales a unifactorial model structure with modifications was found to be a good fit. The invariance of both models was not confirmed between clinical and non-clinical sample; and different levels of invariance were found for men and women. Moreover, both scales showed high levels of reliability. Con-vergent validity was also examined for both scales and was confirmed for both General Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7; Spitzer et al., 2006) and The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9; Kroenke et al., 2001). Secondly, a relationship between alexithymia and adverse childhood experiences was confirmed by structural equation modelling. Adverse childhood experiences predicted alexithymia in both clinical and non-clinical sample with medium effects.
