Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá studiem konformačních vlastností trombinového aptameru d(GGTTGGTGTGGTTGG) a jeho analogů. Cílem bylo pomocí cirkulárně dichroické spektroskopie, UV absorpční spektroskopie a polyakrylamidové gelové elektroforézy zjistit, jakého uspořádání zkoumané oligonukleotidy nabývají a jaká je jejich stabilita. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the study of conformational properties of thrombin binding aptamer d(GGTTGGTGTGGTTGG) and its analogues. CD spectroscopy, UV absorption spectroscopy and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were used to determine the arrangement and thermodynamic stabilities of the examined oligonucleotides.
