Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou problematiky činnosti zájmové organizace Klubu důchodců I. v Bílině, která ve městě působí jako svépomocná skupina nabízející volnočasové aktivity seniorům. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjištění, z jakých důvodů se senioři stávají členy Klubu a jak se senioři o fungování Klubu dozvídají. Hlavní otázka byla rozvinuta do několika dalších okruhů, které směřovaly ke zjištění, co je hlavní příčinou nízkého počtu nových členů, nebo-li v čem tkví hlavní problém procesu získávání nových členů. Ke zjištění a získání stěžejních dat byla použita technika semi-strukturovaného rozhovoru s náhodně vybranými respondenty z Klubu důchodců I.

Abstract:

The bachelor work deals with analysis of the activity problems of an interest group The Club of pensioners I. in Bílina which acts as a self-helped group offering leisure-time activities to local seniors. The main aim of this work was to ascertain the reasons why seniors come to the club and where do they learn about the existence of the club. The main research question has its own subquestions which tend to the ascertainment what are the causes of a decreased number of new coming members or to put it differently in what the main problem of the process of acquiring new members resides. For the ascertaining and the acquiring the crucial datas there was used a method of a semi-structured interview with randomly selected respondents from the Club of pensioners I.
