Scrum process in a distributed team
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje Scrum metodiku a srovnává ji s dalšími agilními i klasickými metodikami. V jejím rámci byla vyvinuta jednoduchá podpora pro vedení teamového backlogu použitelná i pro distribuované a virtuální teamy. Softwarová část je implementována za pomoci frameworku Play 2.0 a jazyka Scala. Tato relativně neobvyklá volba bude diskutována a zdůvodněna v praktické části.
Abstract:
The present work describes the Scrum methodology and compares it to both other agile and classic methodologies. A simple support for managing team backlog was developed for this thesis, this support is usable for distributed and virtual teams. The software part was implemented using Play 2.0 framework and the Scala programming language. This relatively unusual choice is discussed and justified.
