Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ?Stres a jeho vliv na život, zdraví a práci sociálního pracovníka? je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem stres, teorie jeho vzniku, druhy a projevy stresu, nemoci ze stresu, jeho vliv na život a práci člověka. Závěr teoretické části je věnován strategiím zvládání stresu. Praktická část má za úkol zmapovat výskyt stresu u sociálních pracovníků zabývajících se výplatami dávek hmotné nouze ve veřejné správě formou dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce je shrnutí výsledků a doporučení pro prevenci stresu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis ?The stress and its effect on life, health and work of the welfare officer? is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the term stress, theories of its origin, types and symptoms of stress, illness caused by stress, its impact on the human life and work. The final part is devoted to the strategies for coping with stress. The practical part tries to map the occurrence of stress by the welfare officers, who are providing payments of benefits in material need in the public administration, in the form of a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the theis is summary of results and recommendations for the prevention of stress.
