Characterization of the granulometry of the powder food

Abstract:

Cílem této práce byla charakterizace granulometrie sypkých potravin konkrétně kakaového prášku, sušeného mléka a sušených rostlinných nápojů. V teoretické části byla zpracována rešerše, která se zabývala charakteristikou velikosti a tvaru částic, analytických metod a sypkých potravin. Praktická část se poté zabývala sítovou analýzou příslušných vzorků, modelováním distribučních křivek, křivek rozsevu a propadu. Dále byly vzorky podrobeny analýze laserovou difrakcí a v závěru došlo na porovnání výše zmíněných metod a posouzení jejich vhodnosti pro tyto materiály.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to characterize the granulometry of powdered foods, specifically cocoa powder, milk powder and dried plant drinks. In the theoretical part a search was made about the characteristics of the size and shape of the particles, analytical methods and powdered food. The practical part then dealt with sieve analysis of relevant samples, modeling of distribution curves, sowing and sag curves. Furthermore, the samples were subjected to laser diffraction analysis and in the end, the above-mentioned methods were compared and their suitability for these materials was assessed.
