Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem kinetiky uvolňování účinné látky tramadol hydrochlorid z léčiva Tralgit SR. V teoretické části je diskutováno řízené uvolňování léčiva a typy matric, které zajišťují prodloužené uvolňování, dále disoluční zkouška a kinetický model I. řádu. The present bachelor thesis is concerned with the study of the release kinetics of the active ingredient tramadol hydrochloride from Tralgit SR drug. The theoretical part firstly discusses the controlled drug release and types of matrices that provide prolonged release, secondly the dissolution test and also first order kinetics.
