Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením výroby v multinacionální společnosti. The Master Thesis deals with production management in a multinational company. The theoretic part is focused mostly on the topic of production systems TPS and PDS, (Production Daikin System), production management evaluation, visual management and team work.
