Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na realizaci projektu investiční akce společnosti Eurovia CS, a.s. Zabývá se především analýzou současného systému projektové činnosti a také dru-hy kalkulací a typy rozpočtů, které se v současnosti ve společnosti Eurovia CS, a.s. použí-vají. Dále je v této práci zpracován alternativní návrh projektu, jeho rozpočet a další nezbytné části projektu, jako je určení doby trvání projektu pomocí metody kritické cesty, delegování činností jednotlivým útvarům a pracovníkům a v neposlední řadě zhotovení dokumentace. Po zhotovení alternativního návrhu jsou oba projekty porovnány a vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

This dissertation work aims its effort to implementation of investment projects in the company Eurovia a.s. Primarily it deals with the current system of project process analysis as well types of calculations and kinds of budgets that have been used in the company Eurovia a.s. recently. Futhermore an alternative project proposal together with its budget and necessary follow-up parts of the project such as an assessment of the project duration with the assistance of a critical proceeding method are concerned in this work, the same as the delgacy of constituent division activities and workers, and last but not least making proper documentation. After the alternative proposal implementation both suggestions are compared and evaluated.
