Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má název Aktivity v seniorské fázi života. V této práci řeším problém aktivního prožívání volného času u lidí v seniorském věku. Cílem práce je zjistit, co senioři považují za svůj volný čas, jaké konkrétní volnočasové aktivity dělají, jaká je jejich motivace pro vykonávání aktivit a jaké faktory jsou důležité při výběru aktivit u jednotlivých seniorů. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení pojmu stáří a změn v této fázi života. Dále se zabývám potřebami a motivací v souvislosti s aktivním stárnutím. Následně, řeším pojem volného času a aktivit u seniorů. V empirické části popisuji zkoumaný problém, účel výzkumu, nastoluji výzkumné otázky, metodu sběru dat a získávání respondentů. Na závěr data analyzuji. Výzkum je prováděn pomocí předem připraveného dotazníku. Respondenty jsou senioři žijící ve svých domácnostech.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is titled Activities in the senior stage of life. In the thesis I deal with issue of active experience of free time by people of elderly age. Aim of this thesis is to find out what free-time activities are practiced by elderly people, what motivation they have for such practice and what factors are important in their choice of such activities. This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part I focus on the definition of the concept of old age and on changes which appear in this phase of life. I also deal with motivation and needs in the context of active ageing. Subsequently I deal with the concept of free time and activities of seniors. In the empirical part I describe research problem, aim of research and I formulate research questions, method of data collection and recruitment of respondents. Finally, I analyze the data. The research is administered by means of prepared questionaire. Respondents are senior people living in their homes.
