Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce je vzdělávání žáků s mentálním postižením a jejich profes-ní uplatnění. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit kazuistiky od respondentů narozených v letech 1989, 1992, 1994, s výsledkem jejich profesního uplatnění po školní docházce.Cílem teoretické části je seznámit čtenáře s mentálním postižením, definicí, příznaky a příčinami tohoto postižení. Popisuji základní školu, základní praktickou školu a střední školu pro mentálně postižené. V další části práce se věnuji trhu práce, faktory povolání a kombinovanému postižení. Teoretická část bude zpra-cována na základě analýzy a následné syntézy informací získaných z odborných zdrojů.Úvodem praktické části bude zmíněna metodologie průzkumného šetření. Cílem praktické části bude na základě tří kazuistik, dvou mužů a jedné ženy, sklá-dající se z diagnóz, rodinné a osobní anamnézy a speciálně pedagogického vyšet-ření. Dále se pedagogové vyjadřují k průzkumným otázkám. Průzkumné šetření bude založeno především na metodě polostrukturovaného hloubkového rozho-voru, pozorování a obsahové analýze výsledků činnosti a dokumentace jednotli-vých respondentů. Důležitou částí je problematika přechodu ze škol do práce u jednotlivých respondentů. Vše bude popisováno z pohledu samotných respon-dentů.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is education of pupils with mental disability and their vocational assertion. The main goal of the work is to find cases of respond-ents, who were born in 1989, 1992, 1994, with the results their vocational asser-tion after school attendance.The aim of the theoretical part is introducing readers with of mental disabil-ity definition, their symptoms and causes this handicap. I described elementary school, elementary practical school and secondary school for mental retardation. In another part I devote labour market, factors professions and combined disabil-ities. Theoretical part will be done according to the analysis and then synthesis of information founded in expertise material. Methodology of the research will be mentioned in practical part. The aim of the practical part will content of three cases, two men and a woman, consisting from diagnosis, familial and personal anamnesis and of special pedagogical revis-al. Teachers also comment on recon questions. The research will be based on the method of semi-structured interview, observation and content analyse of the re-sults of actions and documentation of the respondents. The important part is a change from schools to the work with every single respondent. Everything will be described from the respondents’ points of views.
