The issue of accruals in the field of construction industry in jurisprudence

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením koncepce úpravy českých předpisů pro identifikaci určení okamžiku vzniku výnosu, a to v kontextu dlouhodobých stavebních zakázek. Zhodnocení vychází zejména z aktuální české judikatury a rozdílů v pojetí mezi českými předpisy a IFRS a vyplývá z něj, že v jednotlivých případech zaúčtování je primárně nutné respektovat specifika daného oboru a základní účetní principy. Dále se práce zabývá zhodnocením použití různých způsobů účtování mzdových bonusů. Od správné klasifikace mzdového bonusu se odvíjí jeho zaúčtování a daňová uznatelnost. Na reálném příkladě vycházejícím z judikatury jsou znázorněny konkrétní předpoklady pro daňovou uznatelnost zvoleného zaúčtování a možné nesprávnosti. Diplomová práce se primárně zabývá účetním výkladem dané problematiky, nicméně je propojena s daňovým i právním pohledem.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the concept of modification of Czech regulations for the identification of the determination of the moment of creation revenue, in the context of long-term construction contracts. The evaluation is mainly based on current Czech jurisprudence and differences in concepts between Czech regulations and IFRS, and it follows that in individual accounting cases it is primarily necessary to respect the specifics of the given field and basic accounting principles. Furthermore, the work deals with the evaluation of the use of different methods of accounting for wage bonuses. Its accounting and tax deductibility depends on the correct classification of the wage bonus. In a real case based on jurisprudence, specific prerequisites for the tax admissibility of the selected accounting and possible inaccuracies are shown. The diploma thesis deals primarily with the accounting interpretation of the given issues however it is connected with a tax and legal perspective.
