Tématem této bakalářské práce je : Držba a vydržení vlastnického práva k nemovitosti. Oprávněná, nepřetržitá, desetiletá držba v dobré víře je nutným předpokladem vydržení. Vydržení je jeden ze způsobů originárního nabývání vlastnického práva k nemovitostem. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. The topic of this bachelor work is: Possession and acquisition of the right in real estate property. Entitled, uninterrupted, for ten years lasting possession in the good faith is the necessity for the acquisition. The acquisition is one of the original way how to acquire a right to real estate property.
