Abstract:
Živorodá monogenea z čeledi Gyrodactylidae Beneden et Hesse, 1864 jsou známa jako parazité mnoha druhů sladkovodních a mořských ryb. Tito parazité mají unikátní biologii, která je v živočišné říší velmi neobvyklá. Tím je jejich způsob rozmnožování. Živorodost se zjednodušenou reprodukční soustavou jim umožňuje množit se velmi rychle a zvýšit tak svůj počet ve velmi krátkém časovém úseku. Systematika …more
Abstract:
The viviparous monogenean parasites belonging to the family Gyrodactylidae Beneden and Hesse, 1864 are known from many freshwater and marine bony fishes. These parasites have an unique biology which is extremly rare in the Animal Kingdom.
